Refund And Delivery Policy

BabyNames GO sells digital keepsake products. This page explains what happens after payment, how long delivery usually takes, how uploaded family files are handled, and when a refund review may be appropriate.

1. Digital Product Scope

BabyNames GO products are digital-only keepsakes. Orders may include stories, posters, lullabies, portraits, videos, or other generated media. No physical shipping is involved unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

2. When Creation Starts

Creation starts only after payment is confirmed. If a product requires uploads, checkout may stay locked until the required private upload step is complete.

3. Delivery Timing

Many orders begin processing within minutes, but final delivery time depends on queue load and the specific media requested. Private order pages remain the source of truth for current status and delivery progress.

4. Currency And Checkout Provider

BabyNames GO currently charges in U.S. dollars and uses Stripe as the checkout provider. Many international credit and debit cards can still complete payment, but your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or cross-border processing fees.

5. Failed Generation Or Delays

If generation fails, stalls, or returns unusable output, BabyNames GO may re-run the job, adjust the prompt, or review the order manually before closing the request. The private order page is used to track those retries.

6. Refund Review Requests

Because these are custom digital products, refunds are handled as a review process rather than an automatic instant reversal. If an order cannot be fulfilled, produces materially broken output, or remains unresolved after reasonable retry/review attempts, you may contact support and request a refund review.

To speed up review, include your order details, what went wrong, and whether the issue was a payment error, a delivery failure, or a generation-quality problem.

7. Upload Privacy

Required family photos or ultrasound images are collected only inside the private order flow and are used to fulfill the purchased keepsake. They are not intended to become public site content.
